I have an AE .15 that came with my rtr rc10gt this engine to me stinks. i dont know if i did the break-in procedure wrong or what no matter how rich it is, it it'll reach temps of like 290, that stinks. Ive spent a whole day yesterday triying to get it to run. once i do then more problems come. i hit the brakes car stops ( i fixed that) I do wide oped trottle, it stops ( i fixed that also) but then its all good till I start jumpin, i hit a jump it stops ( I sorta fixed that) This engine wont give me any speed at all in the begging it seemed alright, now it just terrrible. im so tired of this and suggestiones on what can be done?
..........P.S also in a while im getting an OS .18 cv-rx i heard their great and easier to tune and stuff!.......

I tried to break in my ex girlfriends rc10gt with that engine, what a pile of poop that engine is. She hatched a kid, so now she cant afford a new engine, gotta find some cheap ghetto one for her.

My bros picco 12 blew it's conrod, so he's getting an OS 18 TZ turbo, I saw a video of a XXX-NT with that engine making like 55 mph, and still having enough torque to wheelie at about half throttle. I sorta want one for my XXX-NT, and my mach 15 runs great, for a mach 15. I could almost garauntee it's an airleak though, my bros Nitrostar 25 in his savage did the same thing, the exact same thing. I just went to napa and bought some copper RTV, and sealed the backplate and around the carb, and now it runs great!
