i see fuel in the line, but no fuel gets into the carb or the engine. i see the fuel not moving through the line. yes the gas tank is sealed properly and all the lines are connected and no leaks. any ideas?

could be a blockage in the carb or your needles are closed to much ie REAALY LEAN and that could be your prob i would check your carb out for dirt
