Need help selecting....
Pickuped an os .18 cvr for my mt1 but not sure which pipe would work best.
I read some time ago that the Ofna pipe was pretty good but it wasn't specific as to which one. Do you think the Ultra Comp pipe might do a good job? Is it too big?
What about the Associated RC10GT pipe? Would this be a better choice? The thing is I've found an Ultra Comp pipe (very good price)but not sure if it would work.
What do you guys think?
Thanks

The GT pipe is a great choice very good on bottom end torque. With an .18 that may not be needed so opt for the Drake pipe. I have no personal experience with the Ofna pipes(except for my 1/8 buugy) nor am I aware of anyone runnin one. The shape is significant to how it performs in what RPM range. Long pipes tend to be for high speed tracks short fat for low speed torquey tracks. This is not a firm rule cuz some engines wont run well with some pipes. Maybe you have some way of trying one from one of your fellow racers 1st, or contact OS and see what 2 pipes they would reccomend.

If you are still running the poor stock header pipe make sure you change it as well. There are many good pipes out there. First question to try and help is how much are you willing to spend?
