Default Problem starting Jato 3.3

I recently purchased a jato 3.3 and cannot for the life of me get the engine to start. (its brand new) I have read through the forums and tried most of what i have seen. Using after run oil in the engine to lube it up, heating up the engine with a hair dryer, loosening the glow plug to lower the compression. and none of it works. I am not new to this and have had many nitro trucks. Any other ideas??? Thanks

Does it turn over? Try a new glow plug. That's what i had to do.

the 3.3s come with a ton of compression in them. get a heat gun (not a hair dryer) and heat the engine up for like 5 minutes. make sure the piston is at the bottom of the stroke before you start turning it over.
