Top speed on the box for the RTR says 50+. I dont have an actual radar gun to give you a top speed but it is very quick with the stock XTM .18. I have bashed it very hard, and it is pretty sturdy with a few upgrades. Aluminum hubs front and rear and RPM ballcups are the only "upgrades" I have made. I have broken the one front and one rear arm, but that was from horrible landings.

well....it is very fast and not very durable. i bash mine pretty hard and it does NOT hold up. UNLESS you have some aluminum upgrades. BUT they will still bend and are very expensive.

I guess duribilty is in how hard you plan on bashing it. If you go full speed into large stationary objects then yeah things will break, but thats with any car. By bashin I go to the local BMX dirt jumps around in fields and hit those pretty hard. I have not bent either of the aluminum hubs, but I wont buy aluminum arms because they are $40 and I think stock arms are only like $5-$8. I have owned a XXX-NT aone friend has a RC10GT and another friend a Traxxas Nitro Sport. My XTM seems just as "durable" as any of their Stadium Trucks. As with everything else, durable to one person might not be durable to another.
