Try adjusting the idle screw that's located on the carbureator. It is on the top of the carb, and it might be hidden by the air filter a little bit. Turn the screw into the right to make the idle lower I'm pretty sure.

I'll try to help, as I just fixed a similar problem on my brother-in-laws MT2.

First. How is your idle? Does it seem to be idling high? If it is, that could be the cause of the problem and all you need to do is turn the idle stop screw out a little to lower the idle. If turning the idle stop screw out doesn't seem to have an effect on the actual idle speed of the engine, then you need to check your throttle trim on your TX, and your throttle servo and linkages. I've found the weird MT2 throttle/brake servo horn tends to get gummed up with crap and can cause the throttle (upper section of the horn) to hang up sometimes holding the throttle open. You will need to make sure your throttle linkage is holding the throttle closed all of the way before adjusting the idle stop screw.

If the idle seems fine, then you may have a problem in the clutch. Sometimes the roller bearings in the MT2 can get bound up a bit and can cause the clutchbell to get to much pull straight from the shaft, causing it to want to roll on you.

It is also possible that your clutch spring is stretched out. That was the case on my brother-in-laws mt2. I checked over everythign mentioned above, and it still wanted to roll on me. After quite a bit of tinkering I realized that the clutch spring wasn't tight enough. I started by cutting short lengths (1/8 inch or so) of the spring out and reattaching it and trying it. In the end I had to remove around 1/2 inch from his clutch spring before I would get the proper enagement out of it. It was a huge hassle, but now it sits absolutely staionary at idle and makes no attempt to roll forward, and the clutch engages smoothly and strongly at just the right ammount of throttle.

Suggestion read the manual to help understand the vehicle first. All so better spelling and English will help us to help you better as a lot of what you said does not make sense.

If the idle seems to be right, then your problem is likely in the clutch spring or bearing. There is no easy adjustment screw for the clutch, you have to take the engine out or take the fuel tank off to get to the screw that holds the clutchbell on. Because it is a bit more work, I caution that you make sure it isn't a high idle condition causing it to roll forward while idling, before you look into the clutch.

Once you are 100% sure that your idle isn't too high:
Remove the clutchbell and check the roller bearing and shims. Make sure it all looks good, rolls smooth and nothing is binding.
If the bearing and shims look good, chekc out the spring around the clutch shoes. It needs to be pretty tight to keep the shoes from engaging at low RPMs. If it seems loose, then you will want to shorten it a little at a time, chekcing to see how your changes have affected the engagement of the clutch between each small cut.

Basically all I did was took the spring out, nipped 1/8 of an inch off, twisted the ends of the spring back together, reinstalled it, tested it and repated until I got it engagin the way I want it to.
