When I first read this post I was going to guess Tamiya. If I had it and could get $500 I would drop it like a hot potato. Not being a collector of old RC vehicles is it really worth that? I know I wish I had my old Cox Dum buggy as they are bringing quite a bit. I think I sold mine 30 or so years ago running for $25.

Wishful thinking or sarcasm?
Depends. Is it built, or new in box? Condition of box and parts? Is it complete? An RC10 isn't going to bring anywhere near 3 grand, even if it were an excellent condition, new in box kit. Even the folks with the late 80's - early 90's Traxxas stuff are getting more than the Associated. There are plenty of RC10's out there. When you're talking about 3 grand, you're in the area of Bruisers and Holiday Buggies.

hey i prolly have 1/3 that into my Savage
I think it's stupid for somebody to pay 10 mill for a 30s bentley...i'd rather drop $3k on an NIB bruiser.
