I had that same problem when my truck sat for 3 months, i flushed it with fuel and changed the glow plug in it, When you flush it with fuel, make sure to get most of it out so you don't flood your engine.

If it ran when you put it away, then it should run when you pick it back up...Check the glow plug to make sure it glows, and that your ignitor is working, and make sure it's getting fuel.
If it didn't get cleaned out really good before it got put away, a bubble of fuel could have gummed up somewhere, and is impeding flow.
