Have you tried restarting your tuning from factory settings...?

If you are taking the temp with a temp gun, and if so where are you taking it at. You should be taking it from the glow plug area down through the heat sink. Also I believe that some temp guns also have two mode's. If your on the wrong mode then you will have some reading that will not be accurate an there fore making you believe that it's only at 200 when it could be at 240 or 250 so make sure that thats not it. Try those then get back

Well some engine's run cooler then others. Now I have never come across a engine that has run below 200 degrees. But if your enigne likes to run cooler then others then thats that and you cant really do much about it. But I alwasy say not to tune for temps but 200 is extremel low but if thats what your engine's sweet spot is then thats where it is. Thats about the only real further advice that I can give you at this point.

Is this a 2.5 or a Pro .15 or what?

Pro .15 stock is low speed flush and high speed 2.5 turns out.
