could i put a OFNA pull start in my RC10GT?
its an O.S. .12 CV-R

Not sure what you are asking but if you have a none pull start engine it takes more then just a pull starter to make it work. If you are asking if any of the ones you linked to will fit and OS the answer is no. Need to know exactly what engine you have to be able to help.
