Default Nitro Evader with TRX 3.3

Hey guys, my friend just got his nitro evader with a 3.3 and rd logics pipe on it back. It has all the goods such as steel clutch bell and alum.
clutch stuff. He was driving it for about 25 seconds and the spur stripped.... MASSIVE POWER! But I was wonder if anyone could direct me to a alum. spur gear. Is this it---http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXFWF3&P=7 I know it says differential but it looks like it........

Thanks in advance,

no, that's a differential gear. I haven't tried it yet, but supposedly the Robinson Raceing gear for the RC10GT fits right on there.:

You'll have to ask if the clutchbell will fit though. Duratrax used to ave a hardened one, but i don't see it now.

Don't get an aluminum spur definately not worth it. Make sure he had the mesh set correctly and that his slipper was set right. I'd rather strip a spur than something in the tranny. There are engines with more power than the 3.3 and they don't strip spurs so I'm guessing something was set up wrong.

i have a nitro evader also that I wanna put a 3.3 in..... my question is how would I setup the clutch on the multishaft version of the 3.3 since there is no place for a drive nut?am I even gonna be able to use the 3.3 multi shaft? or am I going to have to mod the chassis for the ips shaft?
