I know the RCMP around here does not really care about small motorized things. ie scooters, pocker bikes, rc cars. But if people complain about you driving it in the morining then you could get a warning or something I cant see it getting any more serious than a warning tho.

I run my trucks up and down my street all the time.I think it anoys alot of people but i dont care, im having fun and thats what the hobby is all about! I have not had anyone ask me to stop, i have only had people come and look at them. I rarely ever drive my trucks early (like before 7)or late at night(like after it is dark). I think i have the right to use my street and you have the right to use yours.I just wouldnt recommend doing it super early so the cops could do anything about it,but at eight they wouldnt do anything.I dont think anyways. There is a cop who lives on my road and i even sometimes drive the truck right in front of his house and he hasnt done anything about it.

I wouldnt do it just to be a d!ck, but 8:30 is a little late to wake up(unless you where at a good party the night before) but remember. If you do do it, and they do somehtign that you dont like and you ask them to stop expect the same thing back. What goes around comes around if you catch my drift.
But I dont think even if she did call the cops they could do a whole lot besides maybe get you for driving it on the road, which you can then take it to your drive way and do some passes. But if the cops do come just tell them whats up, thats your just having some fun and dont be a d!ck to them. and if they tell you to stop then stop. But if they dont find anything wrong with what your doing then by all means go ahead and do it. But again what goes around comes around so think about it.
