ok i got the HD crown and pinion gears, install and start to shim. I get it to a point where i like it, go to put on the output cup.....and the holes don't match!!!!!!![:@]

what is going on? i took off the shims untill it would fit and i had to take off every last shim!!!!!! now it doens't fit as i want it to. Anyone else have this problem? If so please tell me and any tips to fix it are welcome

The casing does fit, just make sure you have it aligned in the correct postion as the holes. The same happened to me, it had me scratching my head for hours.
