Default Xtm x-cellerator

For some reason my brand new X-cellerator is acting up. Iv broken it in, and run it 2 times, but for some reason the pull start doesnt turn over the engine as it should. It just spins. Iv tried to clean it but it didnt do to much. Any help?

Do you mean it just comes out real easy and doesn't try to turn the engine over?

The spring is being pulled and the string will go back in. The problem is that it doesnt seem to catch the engine all the time. It will a small amount each time but not like it should be.

I'm having the exact same problem with mine. Go to the official XTM x-cellerator thread and they are trying to help me fix it right now also.
