which axles do you need.. front or rear or all 4. Front and rear axles are different sizes and need different nuts.

Depends on which axles you have. Some are 3/16", others ar 1/4" (such as the RTR Plus).

4-40 is the front of i believe the factory team model. 8-32 is the rear for the rtr plus and 6-40/5-40 is for the front I know this because i just bought them and it works. http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin...?&I=LXNTG1&P=7 this is for the front.

Yeah thats the tool set, but if your going to spend 5 bucks for plastic tools that will wear out in a couple of months, you might as well get metal tools. Also I believe the rear locknuts are the same size as a glow plug. So any glowplug wrench you can get in the wheel will work with the locknuts. This is all if you have the stock rtr plus axles

that's funny, b/c I emailed associated about the axle sizes, and they told me that the one w/ the reb body, rtr plus #7091 had 3/16 axles, and that the older versions of the rc10gt had 1/4 axles....

Here is the e-mail: The GT kit and RTR use the stealth transmission. As for the
axles you most like have 3/16th, the early 7090 GT RTR had the
1/4 axles...

Thank you,
