Different Track types...Comparison?
I am looking into several sets of tires for racing at my tracks, I have a firestorm that I have been racing dirt oval and am thinking of racing at the off-road race this upcoming weekend, for dirt oval the other drivers are running holeshot m3 compound, the hookup great but wear quickly...
On to the real question:
Does anyone have a track type comparison (blue groove, packed, etc.)? Pictures? I have been searching and am still searching thru the endless search results from this site and others, but since I am racing 1/10 scale I firgured I should ask here where I get the most info...

RE: Different Track types...Comparison?
Try this maybe. Go to rc10.com or losibk2.com and look for the team setup sheets for the big races. See what kind of surface the winners stated on their sheets, then look up that track online and look at the pictures. I hope that helps!
BTW, holeshots are the best. You can't go wrong with holeshots. Yea they wear out bad enough after 8 races though so much that you have to get a new pair, ughhh
