Hey! Ok so I have this intresting theroy and I would like to ask if it sounds correct. My jato Starts to smoke from the Head once I do after run. I found out today that it was smoking from the inside of the glow plug, like the inner pieces. In the USA, i did not have this problem but i Used Prather After Run instead of WD-40. So i was thinking earlier today walking back from a perfect run on a new glow plug, that mabey the engine when i do after run I get WD-40 up into the glow plug wehn i put it back in the engine. Then when this causes it to Send WD-40 when i crank it over when i am priming it, it will send WD-40 into the Glow Plug. This will cause the glow plug to get some lube in it and well the compression of the engine willl make the gap of the glow plug a little bit bigger, and it tries to force the smoke through the glow plug, causing a smoking type thing. I will say i have NEVER had this problem with the Traxxas Glow Plugs, amd if they were avalible here i would buy them, but well they only stock O.S. ones here. Does this sound a little bit right or is it a bunch of crap?

Don't know but will try it on my Jato the next nice day to see if it has the same effect.

I wouldn't put wd-40 on your glow plug. It can possibly be flamable when putting it into the head of the engine.

No, mine doesn't smoke at all doing that.

Please note that the WD-40 im using is from china, still the real stuff, just made in china. Would you guys reccomend swiching over to 3m anti rust lubricant or after run?
