So in my manual, it says to leave factory settings, well they are super soft, almost so soft that the shocks only rebound halfway, and very slowly.
What is the best setting for bashing/jumping?

Well you want them to rebound fast anyway if your jumping... dont no much bout it but dont have them too hard or you could break suspension arms......

soft but slightly stiff.soft is for like lots of bumps but stiff will rebound much quicker permiting your car to bottom out. and it's not your suspension arms that will break it's your shocktowers. thats where all the flex stress goes.also what vehicle do you have?
