So what do you get when you cross too much power with not enough skill? Why a busted evader of course! So rather than fix it, I was going to part it out. Any thoughts what a DTX .18 engine with 12-15 tanks through it (including break in) would go for? The engine ran great (too great it seems). The pull start would be included as would the easy start plate that I was using. Would also throw in the glow starter (what a bargain LOL) and the exhaust pipe.

Closed on ebay at 31 bucks plus shipping--included the pullstart, glo plug, exhaust header and glo plug igniter--not that thrilled with result but what can you do....little cars are like real cars--really bad depreciation!

Looks like I made an accurate guess. I know what you mean I tried to sell a jam up ready to run HPI Nitro Rush that I had over $500 worth of hop ups on it not counting what the truck cost me in the original box with instructions and I could not get $175! So I said fine I would keep it and let my buddies, daughters and grandson when old enough drive it.

It's a hobby, not really an investment! The more we get into it, the more we spend for it! The return is either frustration or adrenalin rush, but unusually monetary value.
