How long has your guys' rustler's 2.5 engine lasted?

Mine has lasted gallons, and is still going..

5 years and still going. Only a piston & sleave so far. I just can't kill this evil little toad[sm=punching.gif]

If you break it in good and keep it tuned right, it will run great for a long time. I see a lot of people that only get a gallon or so out of the thing, but they are also constantly overheating it.

I have customers who have had 1.5 and 2.5 Rusty engines for over 3 years and bought many gallons of fuel for them and I expect there to be many more. Keep the engine a little rich and make sure you put it away clean it will last for many years. Not all engines will do that because some are not put together right just like you get bad ones int full size autos[&o]

my jato used to have a 2.5 and i put 3 gallons through it then i sold it and its still running in my friends rustler and it perfect
