Are you using new fuel or has the fuel been sitting for a long time too?

If it has compression get new fuel......20%.....a new glow plug and make sure your ignitor works. Before you put fuel in flush out the tank and fuel lines with alcohol. Then read the online manuel on the best way to start it

If it had fuel in the tank you need to get it all out.................get a cheap bottle of denatured alcohol from the drug store and flush it all out.........that should do it[:-]
