Default Factory Settings

This kid told me to tune my truck on factory settings if it gets screwed up. He said this...


Factory
4 turns out on high speed
Flush on low speed
1 mm on idle

What does he mean by this? which ways do i turn and how is this... IM LOST

Step 1, close the high speed nedle all the way by turning it right until it stops do not try to tighten it just close it then trun it to the left 4 TURNS TO THE LEFT(out)
Step 2, the low speed nedle, it just needs to BE FLUSH WITH THE PART THAT IT IS IN
Step 3, idle, take off the air fillter, mess with the idle speed screw until the gap between the metal part in the carb and the carb is only 1 mm (this is looking into the carb by the place were the air fillter base was.) also the gap will be on the left.

I know it is a little confusing just reply with any qusetions
