i just tried starting me evader since a few months...it starts when i have it half throttle...and it remains running, but as soon as i take my finger off the throttle, it dies. do i need to adjust the lsn or idle? if so, in or out? thanks a lot!

Your idle is too low, and that is killing the engine. Screw the idle screw in until you can see the carb open with a hole about the size of a pencil tip with out touching the radio.

my idle screw is all the way in and theres no opening in the carb. is it something with the lsn? how many turns out from closed should it be?

Your carb HAS to be open for air to get in... If its closed, air doesn't come in, and the engine stalls...
Don't touch your LSN, just adjust your idle so that when the carb peg is set "all closed", that its only about 0.8-1.0mm open.
