one thing i did to increase handling performance was a receiver pack relocation mod.

i removed the rec. pack and rear bumper. i turned my receiver sideways and made room for the rec. pack to sit in between the receiver and the front shock tower. took plenty weight off the back moved it forward but not to far. now it doesnt roll over on turning and wont wheelie easily. ill post pics if u want....

I just spent $30 getting RPM a-arms all around and RPM front wide bumper and i was good to go. As for speed, lower the spur gear and raise the clutch bell.

I am pretty sure you can run 23CB and 70Spur without a problem. Now i haven't done this yet but will, there are other spur gears from other trucks that will fit that have lower gearing. I am running 18 or 20 Cb and 70Spur right now and will bump up later.
