does 5 rechargeable nimh AA with rating of 2650mah/ea out last a nimh hump pack that is rated for only 1600mah? what is the advantage of using hump pack anyway...higher current draw? I'm debating if I should make my own receiver pack

By the way, I just bought the Airtronics 94361Z Rock Crusher for my GT2 steering, and Airtronics 94162Z for the thorttle, don't know if this setup is overkill or not, but the current draw from this setup probably gonna kill the 1600mah hump pack within 30min LOL

the 2650 is going to out last a 1600 / the hump pack is the standard for the RC cars that don't have a lot of room. I doubt that those servos will kill a 1600 in 30 minutes[&o]
