Default Firestorm Not priming

Any ideas why it won't prime and how to fix please. I put my finger over the pipe and pull the cord, no fuel is going in the lines. Checked for blockage, none. And compression feels ok.

Is the truck new or used and did this problem just start? Try taking the pressure line off the exhaust pipe and blow in the line this should prime it quick. Are you sure you have the lines hooked up correctly?

I was told this is a problem with your Low speed needle being wound in too far (lean)

I just got it in the mail and never bothered to check the carb, never thought of it....don't know why it was completely closed. Buddy said he cleaned it before he sent it, maybe he shut the carb?
