RE: G3.0 Enginez
I do not own one but from what I have read they are a WHOLE lot better then the old 18SS and much better then the 15T, which would not take much to be better. Now as a replacement engine there are many others I would get instead.

It's a pretty good engine. It comes pretty tight from the factory and is a ***** to get running for the first time, but after about 6-8 tanks of break in it really wakes up.

When you say tight are you talking about the pinch? The best way to break in an thigh pinch engine or really any engine is to pre heat if before trying to start if for the first 5 to 10 tanks of fuel with a heat gun or a VERY good hair drier. This will make it much easier to turn over.

I just broke one in last week. Started right up the first pull and still does. Lots of low end torque, just what you want in a ST. The firestorm comes out of a corner like a rocket.
