I have a MT 1 ¾ and like it a lot but the only MT2 I would recommend is the MT2 SS kit as the drive train is a whole lot better then the RTR. If you get the RTR you will be up dating the drive train quite quickly.

Well, if you don't have that much money to spend, don't bother thinking about a 4WD conversion. It's more expensive than buying an MT2.

Steps to 4WD

1. go to ebay
2. look for CHEAP ROLLING chassis truck
3. Buy said truck
4. take good items(engine, servos, etc) from 2WD truck and put on 4WD truck

TADA you gatta good truck

i just got a mt 1 kit but it has a cv-r 18, bigger front shocks, and updated diffs.

great truck, very well rounded too. i had a evader before which is 2wd and it was fun too but it doesnt have the ability to dig into the terrain like 4wd.

i say stick with what you have now and wait untill you have money to get a new kit or a used rtr. because chances are that the used chassis you buy will have some things that need fileing down and that costs money.
