Hitec 645 in a firestorm
Hi,
I have tried a couple of times to fit a hitect 645mg to my firestorm, each time with new servo attachemnts, but when doing so it just shreds the inside of the servo attachments..
Anyone sucessfully done this want to let me know what I am doing wrong??
Thanks

You're not using the Hitec splined servo horns... Manufacturers have a different number of splines on their servo outputs, so you need to get the horn that works for Hitecs.

splines are the count of teeth on the servo output. (the gear-looking thing that the horn connects to).
If HPI doesn't have one included, just take L or + servo horn that came with the servo and cut off the arm(s) and shorten one arm and use that as the servo horn.
