noob quition plz help.
ok iam gettin my FIRST nitro ever. iam not a noob to the rc world i had a micro-t and i have a rustler and a rock crawler. iam getting a towerhobbies nitro st-15 with the os .18 now yes iam aware that ppl think these trucks are junk i agree but its only my first and i don't wanna spend 500 bucks on a good one to find out i don't like them at all.so my quition is how do i tune it. i have a nabor that has one and he said he'll tune it for me but i don't wanna wait till 6 oclock when he comes home. i'll probuly get it around noonish so i wanna play with it. so any tips apriciaed.

If it is second hand then you do not have to break it in. You need to find out what which engine it is and then figure out the factory settings. Then follow these instructions. http://www.*********.org/cars_eng-tuning.htm

when getting second hand, look over the whole car for missing and loose parts. when i got the mt second hand it was missing the c clamp for the differential makeing it slip out of place.
also run very rich even after break in to keep the engine in top condition.
and read up on engine tuning.
