I do not see why not. You may need to do some custom work or they might even have a kit like they do for some HPI vehicles. Sorry do not own a GT so I cannot help out much.

You would need to turn your throttle servo 180 degrees so that the horns are closer to the front of the car... I think I have a pic I saved from RCU of a GT2 with a slide-carb setup. I'll see if I still have it.
