i just bought a new nitro rustler. (new model). i was doing the brake in it keept stalling. so i changed high speed needle 1/4 turn. it took me 3 hours to get thru just 2 tanks. since it kept stalling and cutting out. it did not stand still at neutral, so i changed the iddle speed. any tips????? i had to stop since my ez start battery died, because off all the times i had to keep starting it. ANY TIPS????

what does your manual tell you to do.....you did read it right???? you also have it close at hand during break in to answer any questions that may come up....The Traxxas manual is the best I've seen far above HPI,OFNA,Duratrax, its full of stuff you need to know to complete the break in and enjoy the truck..

read the manuel and then read it again...it tells you everything

Its really hard to explain things without being there because most people don't want you to harm your RC truck and that could happen real easy if you screw up. Chances are the factory set up your truck way to rich and thats what causes the problems your describing. You should have gotten threw those 5 tanks in less than 2 hours. First time around its almost always best to have your LHS work you through a break in. Good luck and Happy RC'n[sm=71_71.gif]
