Engine Question?
Hello,
I have an MT2 18ss, of which i have swapped the nitro star engine for an O.S. .18 CV-RX (good swap, by the way). This was due to the 18ss engine blowing a crank after about 4 gallons (still haven't discovered why, probably was due to lean runs when i began the hobby.) Anyway that old engine is sitting around collecting dust since the broken part went discontinued, so i looked at HPI's exchange program and i could pick up a brand new G3.0 for 65 dollars (for when my o.s. breaks, or just for fun). That sounds cheap, but i was just wondering if anyone had used both engines? Is one more powerful than the other or are they relatively similar?
