There should only be one way that it fits. Do you have the clutch and flywheel on the engine?
If it is all ready to go, set the engine in place, put the appropriate screws in the mount, hook up throttle linkage and fuel lines, and start breaking it in.
The manual for the truck should give the proper screws, and an exploded view. Otherwise the manufacturers website has them in .pdf for you to download.

yeah there should only be 1 way it fits and it should be obvious if you took the other motor out, if not the gear on the motor (Clutch Bell) lines up with the Big round plastic gear (Spur Gear) just stick with it man it should all line up some way or another. Is the motor mount installed on the truck?

Generally there is just 4 screws that hold the motor on. Also take a sheet paper and put it between teh spur and clutch bell. Then push them together then tighten the four screws. Also make sure you use thread lockers and allow it time to dry.
