MT2 Problems

1. I finished the kit a while back now. It seems HPI has sent me a bad spur gear or its something to do with my building but I havent even run it in fully yet. 1 tank to go and it seems the spur gear is almost losing some teeth they are slowing getting shorter. The gear is not smooth to turn on the CB and just keeps clonking while turning.
If I watch carefully it seems the spur gear is warped and not molded correctly. It doesnt spin straight. I have taken the central diff out many times, made sure the slipper was right but nothing.
Does it seem to be a faulty spur gear? Maybe I can ask for a new from the HPI people?
Also how should the engine/CB sit against the Spur gear?
Another problem i have is that the I cannot prime by putting my finger over the exhaust. I must blow into it to fuel it.
And whats the recommended LSN settings? The factory ones are bad and it wont start after I reset the LSN and set it to factory (1 1/2 turns from fully closed)
