Default Firestorm fuel and servo problem

I am having another problem with my firestorm. when it is running I have fuel coming up around the glow plug. I checked to be sure that it was screwed in all the way and that it wasn't cross threaded. I'm not sure what is going on, but it does start and run but this can't be a good thing.

another side question. do your servos act up when it is cold? My throttel servo wants to open up all the way when I turn on the radio and the car. I had been keeping the car out in the garage where it has around 32 degrees and it has been doing this. yesterday I brought into the house to do some tinkering with the motor and the servo started working the way it is supposed to. after being out in the garage again for a while the servos started opening up all the way again.
I'm getting frustrated with all the problems I'm having with this car. when it works it works great but I think I have spent more time working on it than I have spent driving it.

Yes I made sure that it was there. I was wondering about using a rubber washer instead, any thoughts?
