I'm considering a new engine for my firestorm just to get some more power. b ut I have a stupied question for you. what does PS stand for when it is talking about power output. how does PS compare to horse power?
I'm looking at an OS 18TZX to replace the stock G3.0. I sent an email to HPI asking them what the power out put was they sent me an email back saying that the stock g3.0 has 2.17 horse power. the OS 18Tz has 1.8ps @ 29,000 RPM. so Iam just wondering what PS stands for and how do I convert that horse power?
Thanks

I can't see the G3.0 making that much power, i maybe wrong though. Look for the rpm range in an engine for speed. An engine that only spins 30,000 rpm, will be much slower car than one with 39,000 peak. (assuming gearing is the same)
