I have a 6 year old nitro rustler that came with a trx.15! It is completely worthless but I would like to buy the new one to basically have all spare parts! The question is which of the following are compatible with it?
The nitro sport or the nitro rustler?? The reason I am asking this question is because mine is a Nitro rustler but comes with a TRX.15 (which is now in the nitro sport!)
Thanks guys!

and the linkage to the throttle is different that all though so get a new on and slap a 3.3 in it and keep the 2.5 and keep on truckin.

most parts like a-arms and shock towers should hook up from old to new.... anything that is different like motor mounts for a .15 might be adifferent then the mount for a 2.5 or 2.5r or 3.3
now that the motor/carb ar different you might have a different linkage set up...
and im not sure what the older models looks like but im guessing its a single lvl chassis so your stearing bell could be different anlong with servo locations and linkages to your stearing!
hope that makes sence
but if you already got the new car then it doesnt hurt to just try some of the swaps.. if it wont work... then at least you got that knowlage for the next guy
