Default proline tire question

ok so i just bought some proline wheels with "bow-tie's" for the rears and "the edge m2's" for the front...

i dyed my wheels and glued the rear and they turned out great... im about to glue the front but i noticed that they where very lopsided so i pulled out the foams and noticed that they where very miss-shaped... like all smashed up on one side, almost to where they seem to have a flat spot...

any ideas on what i can do to fix this before i glue them on? i shouldnt have to cut the foam should i?

heres a pic of how the rear turned out

try letting them set for a while then hit them with a hair dryer.

if nothing else helps soak them in water ring them out and put in the dryer at low heat till dry.

[:-]Are you inland up there far enough to get a days sunshine. If you can let them sit out in the sun for a day and see if they come back it will be OK and if not call Pro-line there good people or take them back and get a good pair
