This post should be locked and deleted.

I feel like I'm in one of those Star-Trek episodes, where the same thing keeps happening over, and over and over..

It's about time someone does something about it.

Well, my firestorm beat a JATO 3.3 today.

i 1000% agree with rclynx on this one, you could make a GT beat a jato in a drag race if you have enough money to put into it. i do not think anyone here is drag racing, so the question is could you make a jato beat a gt on the track. the answer. "if you have enough money yes you could".

smaxx311

So i guess slow is really just a opinion and not a fact. these are 1/10 stadium trucks so i guess to say a gt is slow or a gt2 or a losi xxxnt. i think people are right they are slower than a jato. going in a straight line at 70 is just gearing. to drive fast around a track is setup and skill. the jato just is not a track CAR it is really meant to drive on the street just up and down.

this is like comparing apples and orenges these 2 trucks are meant to do two diffrent things.

the question is can you beet a jato with a one speed trannie vs its 2 speed . The trx 3.3 has .93 hp , so to go faster off teh line and top end you have to have the power to push a big clutch bell like a 24t . My xxxnt witch is the same as a rc 10 stock has 18t clutch bell and stock has .8 hp would not have a chance but with a 24t rc10 clutch bell and my .18tz with 2.28 hp in the mid 30k rpm range that can take on gears that are 33% steeper you can crush a jato ,but then the guy with the jato goes and puts a wide rrp gear set and big clutch bell and a tz and smokes you ,I am building a revo platnum right now with a 2.7 hp .26 picco red dot max rrp gears and a 34t integy spur grear i think it will take a jato and my xxxnt .If you have the cash you can make any car you have retarded fast .
