You would need to get a voltage regulator. You could get a High Voltage servo but those are about $200 (worth it though!)

So i would just need a voltage regulator? If i get the high voltage servos i won't need the regulator huh? I bet those things pump so much torque!

Yes, but I am not sure if the actual receiver wcould handle it. You might need a capacitor (Novak makes one) to plug into the aux. hole in your receiver (traxxas rec. doesnt have one). I know the JR receivers can handle 7.4 volts though.

IMO for a 1/10 you dont need more than 125oz of torque. Im actually running 125oz in my steering on my 8ight, and works halfway decent. When i get the money ($400-enough to buy a new kit!) I will invest in one of those bad@$s servos! [link]http://www.amainhobbies.com/product_info.php/products_id/33414[/link]

There are receivers and servos that can take it unregulated. So far I've run unregulated with Futaba Fasst, Futaba crystaled, Futaba synthesized, and Novak synthesized receivers. Servos, all Futaba...S9451, S3010, and BLS451.
