Pretty sure i blew my engine on my storm
Well i was playin with it in my yard in sand where a pool used to n
be and after a little the car died and i moticed the air filter fell off so im thinkin im gonna do thay thing on hpi where u send them your old motor and they sens u a knew one for 65 bucks

Why? Does the motor not run or can you pull the start cord and have it turn over? I wouldnt run it but check it out before sending it to them. If its full of sand, try to clean it out. You'll need to take the motor apart to see whats up but I would figure the sand may have scratched the cylinder liner. If so, that and the piston will need replaced and Im not so sure HPI will do anything about it as you need the aircleaner on the motor to keep that from happening. Best wishes.
