Default No engine pressure, yet still runs?

Hey everybody! I have had a duratrax truck for awhile and had tons of fun with it, it being for fun after some crazy 3D heli flights. Anyway, one day I go to prime with by plugging the exhaust and I feel no pressure! I am freaking out and blow the exhaust pressure tube to check for tank leaks and it primes the engine. When I pull start the engine it starts and runs pretty well. What could cause this? I am at a lack of an explanation, the muffler looks good, and there is no pressure. Yet there is exhaust in the tank when I refuel! Please Help!!!

If it is running good for you then what is the problem? All engines lose pinch after a while.
