ok guys been in this about 10 years .. have had all kinds. but my evader rear diff will not stay tight.. even red lock tighted it and after setting for 2 months weather. went threw about half a tank of fuel and loose again this makes about 4 times what am i doing wrong

This was an issue with some evaders, I rememebr on the original evader thread that there was a fix, I can't remember what it is & the thread is hundreds of pages long. You could do a search on diffs on that thread & see what you come up with.

I remember the slipper had this issue which was solved by using 2 nuts, the first wound on to set the slip amount & then the second screwed onto the first one & tightened up to stop it backing out. Could it be the slipper & not the diff?
