Not much available for the old .12 anymore. Just about any engine with a standard fully threaded shaft will drop in. An O.S. .12CV or .15CV would be a proper replacement, for example.

I have an older version of the Maximus ST with a TORQ 12 engine it needs a knew piston and sleeve but I cannot find it anywhere I have been advised that I should just get a knew engine for it.  Unfortunantly I really like that engine and am not gonna give up without a fight.  I have found piston and sleeves for the TORQ 16 and was wondering if somehow it can be fitted in the Torq 12 since I have heard of this happening before and would it have to be rebored or not?  Or possibly if I can't do that it could be rebored and then fitted with maybe an oversized piston? Would appreciate the feedback thanks.

Um, I really don't know. I would honestly save the trouble and get the O.S. Odds are that engine performs WAY better.

Anyone else know of some other engines that can be used on the Maximum ST? I have a Maximum ST Pro and I want to put a new engine in it cause the one that is in it doesn't work.

Thanks
