As Iwas running my taxxas nitro sport the other day I noticed my car turning to the left without me turning the wheel on the controller. I was wondering if there could be a quick fix to the problem?

Did you check if the Steering horn is aligned when RX and TX are on?
if not, center it by taking the horn of and resetting it (Be sure that remote is at 0 for trimming.
if centered, look if one or the 2 wheels are off.
If they are both turning one way, adjust the turnbuckle between the servo horn and the steering assembly.
If only one wheel if off, check for any bent axles (Hub).then adjust the turnbuckle on that side. Remember to keep 1 to 2 degrees of Toe-in on each wheel. Try and see if you are good
Hope this help
