Default Tuning Question

If I have everything dialed in good on the carb of a TRX 3.3, should I see some oil coming from the exhaust and blowing back onto the left rear of my Jato? I know its a dumb question but im a noobie and want to get this right.</p>

yea thats normal. if you are worried that its either too rich or too lean, get yourself a temp gun and measure the engine temp every now and then and adjust the HSN accordingly, its a fool proof way of getting the rite tune and keeping it.

it is normal to have oil residu dripping at the exit of the pipe. After you run for few minutes, do 2 or 3 WOT. Touch the fluid coming out of the pipe. If it is cold at the touch, you have methanol and nitro coming out of it (unburned fuel), you are too rich. if it is just a sticky fluid this is just oil and you are not too rich.
You cannot tell if you are to lean that way. Like Hyper701 said, you can get a temp gun to help. But, temp doesn't say it all, but it helps at least to not be to lean.
