I tried to pick the top and bottom up from Larry last summer, he was sold out of tops and had 2 bottoms left, so I just kept the carbon fiber top plate, cut it so a rustler tank would fit and went from there.
I would advise you to email Larry before you place an order, he never got back in touch with me, I had to track him down to see why my order hadnt been shipped yet. So to save you all the troubles of running him down, email him first, he might have a few more tops and bottoms done up, but Larry said he wasnt going to be doing anymore.

It's a RC10GT servo saver but I don't remember which one it is.

I am ordering a cf top plate next week just to use as a pattern to make some aluminum plates for my Rush. I will look into getting some Titanium to make a couple out of and see how they work.

lol i've been trying to get my hands on a CF upper, but I can't find anywhere with them in stock. Horizon doesn't carry 'em, Jespares has 1 or 2, but they're in the UK, Tower doesn't have them in stock and i doubt that they ever will. If you find one, PM me and I'll buy it off you when you're done with it.

The Rush went for $203.83 if i remember correctly. I should, since my bid was $200.87 - D'OH!
