rc10gt2 ball diff problem
hello RCU, this will be my first post on this site as a new member,
ive got a quick question about my rc10gt2, i brought it home pulled the ae motor off it and replaced it with the o.s. .21 that was made for the tmaxx 3.3, im using a 24 tooth clutch bell and mip clutch as well as a vantage c/f 1/8th pipe, my problem is when ever i nail the throttle it spins to the right side, i thought it was the diff being to loose so i tightened that up it still is giving me the same problem..... any help? cheers, tom |

RE: rc10gt2 ball diff problem
it was a drunk idea, i just removed it from my original tmaxx and installed a axial .24 so i had the option of removing the trx 3.3 of my 4tec or using th e.21 and the .21 was the decision , i have no regret, i have a bunch of parts on it or sitting on my bench including robinson racing metal tranny gears and mip cvds along with all rpm arms front n rea, a wide rpm front bumper, vantage c/f pipe, proline sand paws for the rears and edges for the front, c/f front n rear shock towers, r/r metal spur, high torque and digital steering n throttle servos, factory team titanium turn buckles, rpm ball cups, 24t clutchbell, and to many other random things im sure im leaving out..............
id love to post pics but i have no clue how to, lol my 4tec is prob better to see on vid, 98 mph is the fastest ive had it so far, on a trx 3.3 that i did some work to, the traxxas speed gears on the clutch bell n tranny, traxxas slicks, vantage c/f pipe, lola 200mm body, lipo reciver batt, electric start replaced with a trx pull starter, some other lil things here n there, but all in all i have under 350 in that entire 4tec.. |
