Who in the world can I pay money to do the following for me?
1. trim a clear lexan plastic body that I supply myself aftermarket such as to fit a Tamiya chassis?
2. custom paint such body?
2.5 dark gray out the windows of such body?
3. custom water-slide decal such body?
3.5 seal in custom decals with clear finish?
4. install LED lights and buckets on such body?
5. install a police light bar on such body?
6. install custom license plates on such body?
7. install all the trim pieces on the body as mirrors and grille?
8. fabricate a custom police push bumper (or find an aftermarket one) and install it up front?
Basically, I am looking for a COMPLETE body and paint shop for the RCer with hands that
don't have a surgeon's dexterity.
Here is a concept drawing as follows:

You would more than likely have to find someone with scale experience for the rest ,people
that do the trail scale rigs can easily do the seats & lights.

Painting,custom led install,fabricating your requests
I enjoy every angle of this hobby,I have a scale rig of my own that I've spent hours on with body paint, lights, and fabrication of things needed for it.Ive also supplied light kits and the fabrication of things needed for fellow crawlers rigs, boats, helis, and airplanes aswell.
I've always thought that where there's a will there's a way..hope to hear from you soon.

You won't find someone to do all that because no one is willing to pay what it takes to buy such services. I can do everything you are looking for, you willing to pay $250-300 up front no refunds, supply the chassis so bumper mounts can be made (you can't attach these to lexan) and wait a few weeks? no you aren't, nobody is, that's why most painters don't offer this level of service.
